What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They can work on not giving people a runaround and sending them to 10 different people

Solving real issues within the app

They make me want to kill myself

Paying employees a livable wage would be a good start

Everything they have no idea what its like nor what they are doing

Provide support in a timely manner and fix application issues.

Taking better care of it's contracted drivers nation wide . Stop stealing their tips . Stop under paying them for they do most of the work and the Uber employees have office jobs . Not fair to the ones busting their butts to get the items delivered to the customers . Unfair and should be bright up
