What did you like most about the interview process?
Not really an interview. Just fill out paperwork on line.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There doesn't seem to be any leadership. More support Higher wages.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We don't really have coworkers. We are pretty much self employed. Which I love.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy solitary work. So there's not really a work culture. Your car is your main enviroment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need an actual person who speaks the same language. We need more compensation. Perhaps some incentive contests. Liven things up a little.
What makes you most happy at work?
environment. Love being my own boss Plus I have so much fun meeting new people Repeat customers. Just fun for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have never had the opportunity to meet them personally thatis why I gave them an average score. Would be nice to have a home base so to speak
