The customers dont tip, also dont have the common sense or decency to leave a light on at night. Most houses in my area dont have house numbers visible with a telelscope for some reason, & the employee support is SO ATROCIOUS, it makss Comcasts Comcasts employees look like Miracle Workers! Horrible

Properly train employee support team. They are hands down the worst in all of employment

Helping my customers out, and giving them the fastest delivery possible and providing them the best service and experience i can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is no leadership team. Support for delivery drivers is hands down the WORST in ANY call center atmosphere and its not even close!!
