Everyone is upbeat and genuinely happy to be there. We all have bad days, of course, but since feedback is received positively, progress and better decisions are made.

They are transparent and open to feedback. They also either have clear decisions and answers, or they take ownership of not having a clear answer at that time. They continuously take feedback and consider it in the company roadmap. They also show massive trust and respect for their employees.
