Caring culture, collaborative, positive, no silos
Everyone plays well together, on the same team, with the same will to win!
People care about each other and about our customers.
Everyone is always in high spirits.
Weekly "All Together" sessions are a space where we share our concerns, backgrounds, history,... and permits to learn from each other
Lots of avenues for support - focus on DE&I, good work-life balance, fun employee-hosted events to have more social interactions, seasonal events, some meetings have rotating presenters to lessen the load on everyone, very quick and collaborative

During our company meetups, we get the chance to share our ideas with all colleagues across the globe. Also the many tips on improving our individual skills.
We have weekly all hands to cover various topics. I do feel like the company is an amazing trajectory so there's excitement. However, I do want to note that sometimes certain decisions are made that impact others in the company and it's never clearly communicated.
Communication, transparency, good environment, competent people.
Communication is completely free and encouraged. Helping each other learn feels like the number one priority.

Every Monday, we start off our week with a company-wide meeting with peers around the world w/ learning & development. I've worked for companies where we might do this once a year during a kickoff, etc. UZ is passionate about bring new perspectives, improving as an individual & continuous motivation
We fail forward together... mistakes are welcome as we have adopted a kai zen culture, and make tiny improvements over time.
Very collaborative and positive, the focus is truly on us as employees being healthy along with meeting client needs.
Above it all everyone wants the working environment to be enjoyable and positive

Everyone is here to achieve a common goal. While the pace is fast, given our rapid growth, silos and infighting are extremely rare occurences.
