We have weekly all hands to cover various topics. I do feel like the company is an amazing trajectory so there's excitement. However, I do want to note that sometimes certain decisions are made that impact others in the company and it's never clearly communicated.

I've worked for companies where we might do this once a year during a kickoff, etc. UZ is passionate about bring new perspectives, improving as an individual & continuous motivation
