Transparency and great communication. I trust the decisions being made are good ones and for the right reasons.

Extremely capable. They all listen to you and are very accessible.

They're true leaders with a clear vision and execution plan. They demonstrates compassion, empathy and resilience.

The doors of our leadership team are open. They are busy but always available for any question, support from us.

I'm certainly valued, but am not getting compensated fairly due to my lack of experience in a new position. I've been assured that will change as soon as I prove myself (which I'm happy with for now).

There were several interviews. Back in the day, the last interview was held by the CTO. I guess today the process changed but probably got better and more efficient.

They were very inviting, made me feel comfortable during the interview process.
