What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission compensation upside with no limit

I'm in sales, so I make commission. The comp plan is very fair, and the stock options and benefits are top notch.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm certainly valued, but am not getting compensated fairly due to my lack of experience in a new position. I've been assured that will change as soon as I prove myself (which I'm happy with for now).

I love how diverse our culture is. We have people from all over the world and everyone is so willing to help.

I believe in the solution that I'm selling. Every software has issues and needs to continuously improve but I genuinely believe we have the best in the market and that it really does solve business problems and questions.
