What do you like best about the leadership team?

Approachable, transparent, always explain the why behind decisions, recognize challenges

What are some of the best things about your team?

Intelligent, humble, teamwork above all else, competitive, very experienced and have a culture of learning and sharing and being collaborative.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Felt laid back with good focus on the areas of importance like fit and culture and my ability to perform in the position.

What makes you most happy at work?

Co-workers, our culture, and its exciting to be able to learn new things from the team and in my position and role with a clear path to promotion.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We support Kaizen principals (continuous improvement) and incremental gains. Everyone is supportive of the learning and improving process that everyone has to go through. People are open with their failures framed as learning and improvement.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm certainly valued, but am not getting compensated fairly due to my lack of experience in a new position. I've been assured that will change as soon as I prove myself (which I'm happy with for now).
