Excellent company - I wouldn't trade this experience for anything. I learned so much at UserZoom and continue to learn and improve my skills. The company has grown with me and even though there have been challenges, I've always been confident that the company has been addressing them.

We support Kaizen principals (continuous improvement) and incremental gains. Everyone is supportive of the learning and improving process that everyone has to go through. People are open with their failures framed as learning and improvement.

I'm certainly valued, but am not getting compensated fairly due to my lack of experience in a new position. I've been assured that will change as soon as I prove myself (which I'm happy with for now).
