I love what I do and who I work with. It makes it easier when its an open environment where you can not only communicate with your manager about anything, but also upper management. While we may be in a "corporate" environment, they do everything to make it feel personal.

From the executive team down to the direct management, the goals are consistent. They really care about you the individual. I love the conversations and social events that bring us together as a team, even though most of us have never met in person we are getting to know each other socially.
