Transparency across the organization. Monthly Velosio Town Hall Meetings about the vision and values and the overall health of our company in general. It is refreshing that we are given the vision by leadership every month.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The structure of compensation is excellent. Employee compensation plans are aligned with company goals. It is measurable and tracked for effectiveness. Now, that's make perfect sense.

Attitude is Everything. A team is only as good as the sum of team members knowledge and expertise. There is a synergy that is achieved when you work with individuals who have the same goals. In my position, the client is my first priority, but I need all my teammates to be successful.
