Compensation program changed and many will have a greatly reduced income in 2025. Nobody cares.

I believe there are opportunities to improve our existing benefits such as improved healthcare plans and more up-to-date PTO benefits. Other potential improvements include a revisit to Incentive plans and an opportunity for equity.

The variable pay component is comparatively high and even if the individual requirements are met and also beyond the required criteria, the total variable pay is not getting due to other factors which are not in the scope of the individual.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Right now, we are all "companies of 1" sitting in our home offices. I am not a team. Bring us together! The money you spend on a yearly in-person Town Hall to bask in our success and get to know each other as NOT just a face on a screen, will be reaped dozens of times over. DO IT.

Evaluate the PTO policy. Identify strong leaders who actually engage with the clients as opposed to staying at a high level, unwilling to sully their hands. Identify leaders who are command and control and get them out. That model hasn't really worked in 20 years.

The recruiting and people team at Velosio are world class. I have never been a part of an interview process that moves so fast but felt so right. My recruiter kept me informed at every step of the way and really listened to what I was looking for to ensure it was a match for both sides!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication for the sales team has been a challenge this year. Pipelines/performance have not been met with the organization, communication and leadership required to improve the future outlook. Lack of formal process and systems catered to management reporting vs. user enablement.
