We have an excellent leadership team. They are informative on monthly Townhall meetings, and work to get employee input.

Does a great job communicate to the team the goals and objects each year. that includes employees doing their part in SWOT activities, voting on what is the mot important to the staff then incorporates in to overall yearly goals and objectives. Gives you confidence of where we are going.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My situation, was easy, as I knew or had known many of the employees for years. It was like coming home.
