Velosio is a company that has been great to work at for a long period of time now. Certainly not without faults (no company is perfect), but the 2 way relationship I have with Velosio is one I see continuing for the foreseeable future.

I feel the company gives a lot of leeway in managing your schedule and work (so long as you show you're capable of doing so); i.e. little/no micro managing.

I feel compensated fairly for experience, talent level, and company contributions. The Stayfit and smartphone reimbursements are nice as well although they've been the same for many years now so could use an adjustment if nothing else due to inflation.
