Too many changes. Unclear directions and directives. Decisions impacting the team's future is dictated by one person only.

Retirement benefits, better payroll and HMO. Better work set up - work from home for those that are not needing client facing like support group.

Listen to your people, stay up to date with the latest outside of VXI (market, competitors etc), invest in technology/system/innovation that would really help the company and VXI employees.

Que faut-il changer pour améliorer la culture de l’entreprise?

Invest in technology and system to help your employees do their jobs better and not to cut cost. Invest on people and not treat them as numbers, replacing them asap with cheaper paid employees. Provide better benefit package (Retirement and better HMO) and work set up like WFH/Hybrid.
