Reducing the size and redundancy of the technology departments, relying more on FTEs instead of offshore contractors and foreign visa contracts, and adequately providing for company vision, goals and proper enhancement/support funding and staffing for applications developed.
Better leaders, a more pronounced and constructive performance program (CHAT is a joke- no one really knows if they are doing well or poorly because your manager doesn’t make the decision on your bonus- it’s a 2x/year high school-style popularity contest fueled by hearsay - not delivery of value.
