I was working at the wingstop in fresno California and i was tooken off schedule due to my reporting to HR about one enployee he was throwing sauce bowls and calling me a snichinfont of my assistant manager and nothing was done. i felt uncomfortable, and unsafe everyday ar work.

I felt undervalued , i never was trained properly. I never was taught to write people up as a shift manger. I was told rhat just because an empliyee has attuide that jts okay to let them have it. That its just how they are.

I think that my bosses need to be looked into due to what has been happening in ny store. I feel unsafe, everyday i cry when i get home from work. I feel that every time i try and look for help i am told i am wrong and that i caused it
