Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work really hard and all my manager does is look for something bad to say instead of thank you or good job .If i got a pay increase of course I'd be happier and if i was at least acknowledged when i walk in that be nice too

Just basic respect, ive worked here for 3 years and i get talked to very rude and any complaints i make go no-where

Some employees are pleasnt, but some are very opinionated and can be very condesending over personal issues. There are a few employees that make it easier to show up
