They're making sure everyone does their tasks every week
They really understand and listen. All very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt right at home the first 10 minutes of working there, and I hadn't even started my first shift. Those were just the warm welcomes from my leadership and crew.
She's very pretty much chill to be honest

Sticking up for other employees when they know management is in the wrong. Working better as a team communication

communication, not singling people out and overworking them by underscheduling teams nightly, not listening to availability, not scheduling enough crew members for breaks

You need to evaluate the people you bring in that's running the store you have to make sure they are certified and no how to do their position
I have grest customer service and get surveys down im constanally working on something while everyone rls gets on their phoned ft calls plays music or gossips but i get send home 3-4 hrs of working and working 1day a week now
I feel like we all should recive more bonus and up the hourly rate ,
There like a family i never had there always on board with me they also communicate with me all the time rather than the GM
We know how to regulate we know how to be balanced and we know how to get food costs lowered
Only 2 or 3 employees of her entire staff are worth keeping
Empoylees do more than shift leaders in everyway work and customer service! I was promised a promotion as a shift leader for 3 months and i learned everything!

We all talk and joke around. Even when we are being overrun by orders we are singing and dancing around. Saying "Welcome to Wingstop.!" Anytime someone walks in with a smile they always reciprocate.

Quick hire and no questions
Robert was friendly, I loved his dedication to his work, and he asked great questions. Things that obviously an employer should know, but his vibe didn't make me feel nervous or anything. It was like I was just having a conversation with an old friend.
They need to make sure the people are right for the company

That they explain everything about the work place and whats expected of you and how they dont let you know that they will charge you for the shirt and hat would be nice to know and if you get benefit to let you know and also that they wont give you your breaks as they supposed too
