I need to speak to someone because I just got sent home being falsely accused of saying something that I did not say

My bosses are very attentive and caring about the way they guide and build up each employee. They allow growth to happen within yourself to create a more productive and stronger team while maintaining the integrity and customer service of the company.

Poor managment they look down on the workers they only have one sided opinions.They make you sign a write up for things you told them you didnt do and when you ask them to look at evidence they say they cant find any

My experice at my company was crazy i experienced a threat and i was call a derogatory term.

Aubrey Robinson, while handling a her employees, she is handling customers and she inspects all the food that go out of there. If we have even 1 customer, she is looking to make sure that customers food is right so they will come again

coordination and cooperation of the team leaders are best in my experience

They are great they help me out a lot

Sticking up for other employees when they know management is in the wrong. Working better as a team communication

communication, not singling people out and overworking them by underscheduling teams nightly, not listening to availability, not scheduling enough crew members for breaks

I would feel better if i was treated nicely because im sure NO ONE would want to get teated with attitude and rudeness.

You need to evaluate the people you bring in that's running the store you have to make sure they are certified and no how to do their position

I have grest customer service and get surveys down im constanally working on something while everyone rls gets on their phoned ft calls plays music or gossips but i get send home 3-4 hrs of working and working 1day a week now

I feel like we all should recive more bonus and up the hourly rate ,

Having field mangers that don't here job and communicate with their employees

They get the work done

We always can talk or depend on one another .

Nobody do any team work in there ever body for they self

Shift manager are great The GM and area coach are the problem

they are team players and have a lot of potential

There is no consistency.I've been told by certain employees that they don't make enough to train me

The general manager was very friendly

I got the job without a problem.

She checked me out before hiring me. It took her about 3 days and she let me know,how I perform is how I will be paid

The good questions that were asked

My first interview was great

They need to make sure the people are right for the company

Making sure everyone is happy and Making sure they have the right tools to start.

That they explain everything about the work place and whats expected of you and how they dont let you know that they will charge you for the shirt and hat would be nice to know and if you get benefit to let you know and also that they wont give you your breaks as they supposed too

Interview people that are actually willing to work and come in to work and show up on time

My Boss, I'm still pretty new but still without hoovering over me, she has me in her eye site and when she steps in to help, she is kind and helpful, Aubrey Robinson leads by example

When corporate was present, I was treated and recognized according. Unlike when they aren't there, there is authority delegated to incompetence, that causes production difficulties, stress and entitlement.

Payments needs to be accurate at all times

poor management from the GM to the managers .

Way too much volume for 2 people to handle. Hire more people

A lot of food or items running out

The manager is wrong and needs more training. She makes the work environment very uncomfortable.
