What did you like most about the interview process?

Robert was friendly, I loved his dedication to his work, and he asked great questions. Things that obviously an employer should know, but his vibe didn't make me feel nervous or anything. It was like I was just having a conversation with an old friend.

The general manager was very friendly

I got the job without a problem.

She checked me out before hiring me. It took her about 3 days and she let me know,how I perform is how I will be paid

The good questions that were asked

My first interview was great

It was fast and straight forward.

He asked me a very good question

it was fair and non-biased

Becca was amazing she was kind and explained everything... when she left cuz she couldnt take this same treatment anymore thats when it got really bad i have been sent home alot

The on boarding and the respect from the GM ms Madison.

How cool and fun it was to be in there presence

They tolld me how busy they get some times and its fast pace

It was quick easy hired on the spot

I like that it was short and they mainly cared about availabilty and transportation.

I felt like it went smoothly

They asked 5 questions and hired mw on the apot

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

They need to make sure the people are right for the company

Making sure everyone is happy and Making sure they have the right tools to start.

That they explain everything about the work place and whats expected of you and how they dont let you know that they will charge you for the shirt and hat would be nice to know and if you get benefit to let you know and also that they wont give you your breaks as they supposed too

Interview people that are actually willing to work and come in to work and show up on time

If the general manager would interview people it would be fine

There wasnt an interview i simply filled a form out and started working i was never asked for prior experience and was given a instant raise just because i said i worked here before without any evidence of this fact which was true

Not hiring immediatly after interview. Maybe if the management was better people would stop quiting all the time

Its average i wouldnt say hard.

I'm done with this Wingstop has poor management skills

I eould hiee people that actually have all the basic skils for the job , i would write yp people who need to ve writen up ask for punctuality and fire those who are ralated to me

They need to start looking into behavior at past jobs, why they quit or were fired, how long they were working at previous jobs.
