What do you like best about the leadership team?

Hard workers at all times

Never got my first check from wingstop in Lake Charles, La on ryan st

Aubrey Robinson, while handling a her employees, she is handling customers and she inspects all the food that go out of there. If we have even 1 customer, she is looking to make sure that customers food is right so they will come again

coordination and cooperation of the team leaders are best in my experience

The manager needs to get better at leading and communication. I am not motivated or encouraged in the workplace, I never know how I am doing at the job. There's no guidance there is only "just get it done" how can I get everything done with all the pressure my manager demands from me?
