What are some of the best things about your team?

They get the work done

We always can talk or depend on one another .

Nobody do any team work in there ever body for they self

Shift manager are great The GM and area coach are the problem

they are team players and have a lot of potential

Some people are very cool

Some of them don't act like they are in charge when the shift lead manager is there

Well the best about my team that we work together and help each other as a team and we have communication that's the key

all of them are fully trained and enthusiastic about the work always.

No meeting after I told him we needed he never in store

They work hard and are good people. But The super visor Lydia she has a nasty attitude with the costumers and employees.

Some of them work good together.

We pull together as a team and they are very willing to help during the training stages.

The cooks are hard workers and get their job done.

Respect, manners, kindness, quality and integrity

Everyone needs to work on manners and the managers need to work on hiring quality employees and not just anyone. I feel there is no respect from the managers for the employees who show up on time the days they are scheduled to work, there needs to be appreciation and accountability and Respect

Communication is lacking here. To many people talking behind other peoples back

My coworkers seem to come to work to get a paycheck but not to work. They don't value their job. Working is not their priority even while at work. People only change if they want to change; thus the firing. The manager keeps hiring unqualified people.

Work on communication and honesty

Communication. Not talking about each other. Focusing on work.
