We always can talk or depend on one another .

Shift manager are great The GM and area coach are the problem
they are team players and have a lot of potential
Some people are very cool
Some of them don't act like they are in charge when the shift lead manager is there

They work hard and are good people. But The super visor Lydia she has a nasty attitude with the costumers and employees.

My coworkers seem to come to work to get a paycheck but not to work. They don't value their job. Working is not their priority even while at work. People only change if they want to change; thus the firing. The manager keeps hiring unqualified people.
