They have no initiative and some just dont care at all

The wide range of customers we have make it extremely easy for networking
What makes you most happy at work?
I think that i feel really happy when everyone is happy and joyful
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work really hard and all my manager does is look for something bad to say instead of thank you or good job .If i got a pay increase of course I'd be happier and if i was at least acknowledged when i walk in that be nice too
