Hiring managers that care about their employees, I'm having issues with my manager and she's trying to railroad me to prevent me from being able to get her in trouble for what she's doing.

Scheduling at my restaurant is not posted untill the day the schedule starts. the week starts on Sunday and she schedule for that week doesn't get made untill the day before, and sometimes the day of the schedule starting, you can never make plans to do anything because you never know when you work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager is unfair, and biased. She plays favorites amongst the staff. Yelling at the employees she doesn't get along with and praising the ones she does get along with when they could be doing the exact same thing. I spent $140 on nonslip work shoes, just to be told they aren't nonslip by her.

What made me most happy was that I enjoyed my job and enjoyed showing up to see my coworkers and also being able to deliver a good customer service experience

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Rules are not being followed by higher up management, checks are not correct in payment so there is no motivation to work.
