I just really want the people who are supposed to be running the store to run the store
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The work needs to become the important thing not joking around with fellow co-worker eating on the floor ECT.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again a total reform in management so that people know when they are going to work, and what should be expected of them when they are there
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nobody has a real since of speed everything is lade back and nobody is trying to push orders they don't understand we are here to make money not to have a party
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Scheduling at my restaurant is not posted untill the day the schedule starts. the week starts on Sunday and she schedule for that week doesn't get made untill the day before, and sometimes the day of the schedule starting, you can never make plans to do anything because you never know when you work.
