I feel like I've worked my gluteus maximus off too much for no compensation or feel appreciative for the time I've worked for the company. I feel I deserve better, i feel like im under paid for what i do for the company.

My team of coworkers are nice and very cheerful to be around while working. I believe the managers are not so cheerful, they make the day feel slow and miserable. They keep to themselves about important things that should be share to all coworkers and yet left out.

I love the job itself. The owner, management, and certain team members make it all more chaotic a majority of the time, especially here lately with the new manager and owner that expects Shiftleaders to have manager responsibilities for $9 an hour..I miss my job being about MY work.

The customers. Getting to do my job well and make them happy. Seeing them smile and hearing the satisfaction in their voice when I make sure they got everything they wanted, especially if they experienced a mistake or the bad attitude of another employee but I get to make it better for them.
