
We need more team interaction, we currently have no team meetings so it's not to feel like I'm left in the dark.
Making sure you are listening to your employees when they have concerns. Also, figure out ways to keep new talent and millenials by providing flexibility.
Most processes are outdated and extremely inefficient but since management has been here for 10+ years in their same positions, they are very resistant to change, even when shown it will be more beneficial and efficient. Additionally, more flexibility is needed (option to work from home).
