  • The office is *mostly* politics. I'd say on the lower/worker level it's not too bad, depending on team. Middle management is where it's the worst, though.

  • Yes, tons. It's probably normal for any big company, but it can be grueling with the constantly shifting priorities.

  • You have to be under the wings of person of authority (executive) otherwise you can spend your entire life being a top performer with no gains
