Bloomingdale's – Customer service is horrible. I bought a baby stroller that has broken after 10 months of use. After approx 4 hours on the phone, I still can't get a new stroller, and am now being charged an additional $400 on my credit card. I was just hung up on so will have to call again and enter the matrix!
