They lead by example, always. They are the first to roll up their sleeves and work alongside us when the going gets tough. They work the latest hours, and always ask if we need anything. It's awe-inspiring.

Culture is always being reviewed & revisited to adapt to its growing size. Management takes it very seriously, which in turn makes employees take it very seriously. It's taken into heavy consideration when hiring, so employees are mindful of it from the get go.
