We have very intelligent team members that lack any real type of leadership experience.

Don't bother to interview with them, save yourself the time and energy of dealing with a sinking ship of a company. If you are in the SoCal area run do not walk away from them. Kofo Adafin the regional Manager has no clue what he is doing and upper leadership turns a blind eye to his lack of knowledge
