Why i do the job is cool
They have regular check-ins and are very interested in your personal growth. Truly one of the better leadership teams I've worked with, though they, too, are underpaid for what I know they handle.
I'm a lead here in des moines and I try my best to train adapt to and encourage people my boss is great and let's me make my best judgment in situations I wish his bosses would do the same.
Is avery hard team. Workers
The leadership team cares about diversity and is very focused on transperancy
Communication, empathy, & they could help.
Be realistic about growth and advocate for proper raises and growth opportunites.
The supervisor guy favoritism drivers and those the driver who drive reckless. What I hate about this company any little mistake you do they are quick to fire you they act like this is Amazon. It'll be nice if you can give riddle of your management New York office the management is horrible.
Communicate. I can't stress this enough. If my leadership don't Communicate it shows me how much they value me as a employee.
Review from Operations Dept
If an employee been with a company for a while and does his/her best and shows up on time, everyday, they should give warnings instead of firing the individual.
I mean getting paid weekly? Cool that we have stock options, but the low rate of pay is definitely a pain point and the reason turnover is so high.
A balance between salary, bonus and equity
Quarterly stock option grants for top performers, Unlimited PTO, Free lunch, and Affordable health plans
Review from Operations Dept
Not much- their base is solid for the duties / tasks at hand.
Promotions are not given to those who truly deserve them, but instead are given to those with less experience and knowledge in the role and because they are either related to someone else or are "friends"
Incentives, bonuses, raises, ketchup in the breakroom
Well if you get rid of the management that we may be a better company. A potential to be a good company or you need to change your rules you're guys are too aggressive
The companies policies and procedures are stupid. For to make as much as a new hire is not right. Pay should be based on years being with the company and performance. I am leaving the company because of this reason.
Review from Operations Dept
I do my best in everything I do. I show up on time when I'm scheduled. I even come in days when I'm not scheduled because there either understaffed or need me. I comply with everything they tell me. I keep in communication on issues and when we're running low on stuff.
There's a strong sense of camaraderie and cooperation. The team is fairly young, and turnover happens quickly here - likely due to pay - but they hire fast learners and friendly, earnest people.
The employees not in upper management are hard working and effective team members
They come in with a positive attitude because we make it a great place . We look at each other as an individual and not an associate. We know everyone of us have our issues so being a min late was because of traffic not a point against us
I'd never been to a meeting
We work as a team. We are able to accomplish our goals for the shift.
Stop stealing and put actual effort in the role they are in.
If someone been there longer than you have and is doing everything the company requires him/her, they should do the same.
Review from Operations Dept
I was harassed on multiple occasions on public slack channels by members of different teams. People who think they are above you will talk to you like a child or will assume everything you do is wrong without informing themselves of the process.
Attitude is everything people have great Attitude
The team is interested in your personal growth, to a point.
We are..... we like even the ones who are the most difficult.
The only thing I see positive in this company is my coworkers
Not a lot of things, the people are good but management is not
Fair wages and growth structure
To train the lead better
Clutter needs to treat their employees with respect. It's not fun to go to work everyday wondering if it's your last day.
Review from Operations Dept
It was three back-to-back interviews with an L3, an L4, and the head of Customer Experience. Overall, the process was about 3 hours, done over Zoom, and it was relatively pain-free.
Fast simple not overly scrutinizing. I'm awful at interviews.
Knowing you'll get hired, all you to do is show up.
Was fast and easy proces
The super visior was very nice
When you apply for this company you got to apply for 10 different app. The person who gave me the interview he lied about the company makes it sound make a song that company is good but he said a lie about the companies
When I can give the win to my clients that I push for.
I cant really remember at this point. My coworkers?
Not being supervised. I'm able to do complete my job and knowing that I did a great job.
Do my job right and finishing it.
To finish my job right
Having more say about what goes on here were not like the other warehouses.
The CEO need to pop up and check your managers
Everyone just throws the packages
Customers are being mislead about our services. We are marketing to the wrong people and subsequently losing money. Operations communication is non-existent.
Review from Operations Dept
Upper management is making poor decisions without consulting their largest asset; the workforce. We often times are forced to practice new policy changes that are very obviously and clearly going to be ineffective, inefficient, or costly to our company but any feedback to policies is disregarded.
Review from Operations Dept
Actually provide raises in the CX department
