Why i do the job is cool
They have regular check-ins and are very interested in your personal growth. Truly one of the better leadership teams I've worked with, though they, too, are underpaid for what I know they handle.
I'm a lead here in des moines and I try my best to train adapt to and encourage people my boss is great and let's me make my best judgment in situations I wish his bosses would do the same.
Is avery hard team. Workers
The leadership team cares about diversity and is very focused on transperancy
Not much, honestly, bc the care department is far removed from the leadership team as we are located in a different building. My perceptions of them are neutral at best
The Exec Team has a strong vision and strives to be transparent.
Review from Operations Dept
Communication, empathy, & they could help.
Be realistic about growth and advocate for proper raises and growth opportunites.
The supervisor guy favoritism drivers and those the driver who drive reckless. What I hate about this company any little mistake you do they are quick to fire you they act like this is Amazon. It'll be nice if you can give riddle of your management New York office the management is horrible.
Communicate. I can't stress this enough. If my leadership don't Communicate it shows me how much they value me as a employee.
Review from Operations Dept
If an employee been with a company for a while and does his/her best and shows up on time, everyday, they should give warnings instead of firing the individual.
literally everything, they'll work you as hard as they can and then tell you that you would need to work for full time
Work better do more show respect work as a team lead not just with his group of friends
Diversity and inclusion work, acting when employees report issues, providing feedback professionally and not acting aggressive or rude to their employees.
Compassion and understanding for employees
Hearing out employees on their opinions. We could avoid a lot of costly mistakes if leadership was more open to feedback.
Review from Operations Dept
The leadership team could get better at listening to their employees. Many operations changes are made quickly and with little or no consultation by the people who actually do the work (movers, sales, customer car). Then these changes are poorly communicated to separate branches of the company.
Review from Operations Dept
Treating their employees with respect. Being transparent about the roadmap for the company. Being decent humans.
Review from Operations Dept
Honesty- ethically hold themselves to the same standard as their sales and care team. Implement changes that affect the people that work for you, treat them more fairly. Restore the trust in them
implementing ideas
We have very intelligent team members that lack any real type of leadership experience.
Review from Operations Dept
They live in a reality distortion field, and will not back up their employee's one iota. This company's "greatness" is a farce.
