Attitude is everything people have great Attitude

The team is interested in your personal growth, to a point.

We are..... we like even the ones who are the most difficult.

Misery loves company. Our largest commonality is how poorly we are treated by our management. There isn't anything positive about the culture of this company. We remain hopeful because we operate from a satellite office. We're basically excluded from the culture.

People are what make the company, inviting and friendly co-workers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Fair wages and growth structure

To train the lead better

Clutter needs to treat their employees with respect. It's not fun to go to work everyday wondering if it's your last day.
