The work that I do is incredibly rewarding and our culture is a breath of fresh air, especially for someone coming from a stuffy corporate background.

Work life balance. A lot is expected of us, which is great, but it can get overwhelming sometimes. Also, change is very frequent and leadership has a tendency to "press go" before fully thinking things through.

The communication. HR takes great care of you during the interview process and they're very transparent and ethical in how they recruit. Alyssa is a joy to work with and makes the interview process very enjoyable.

Without a doubt, the best part about my job is the people. Coding Dojo has hired some of the kindest people I've ever met, many of whom have become lifelong friends. Secondly, my supervisor is extremely invested in my personal and professional growth.
