The best thing about my leadership team is that they listen. They encourage feedback and want to know what they can do to help you succeed.
The leadership team does their best to keep our students top of mind, as well as the employees, while at the same time running the company. Sometimes they move very fast, which is understandable in this field, and the communication doesn't come as fast as it could, but their intentions are good.
Their openness and honesty. They genuinely care about the wellbeing of Coding Dojo employees.
How open and honest they all are. They're also very nice and welcoming so everyone feels comfortable reaching out to them.
They take all thoughts and opinions seriously, really makes you feel part of the team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to create content they didn't STEAL from other places. Espeically without giving the original author credit.
The lack of communication with this company is ridiculous. They treat their employees really bad
