What is the best part about your compensation package?

I'd have to say, the paid time off. It is unlimited paid time off and to me, that is amazing.

Pet Insurance is really cool!

It is tied to things that I can control

Frequent raises if you work hard. Coding Dojo cares a lot about retention and will do what they can to keep around their best people.

Great benefits. Very generous and family oriented.
