Explained the position well and folk were well versed in the process
Accountability of persons and praise/promote the good ones. Create a culture of work, excellence and pride
Skill and effort should equal value and compensation, this is not the case. I left because there was a culture of promoting sub standard work and attitude
Decisions from top to bottom make it clear they are trying to bleed the last drop of value from the company before selling it off limb by limb.
Around 30% of the staff are of any real value, 30% are clearly happy to pick up their pay monthly and the remaining 40% put more effort into not doing work than actually doing it.
