There is lots of lip service and internal PR , and some good done to promote the idea of DEI, but when it comes to facts reality does not match optics. They thave a long way to go.

Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing A lot of young people that are totally clueless how to run a company. Too many managers that are on power trips that love to Micromanage. If you are not part of the "click" they will make your life miserable there. Very Toxic
