Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable having worked their way up from my position.

They are understanding and are upbeat. Executives visit our HOKA store in London and work alongside us and have genuine conversations with us. This creates a bond between shopfloor staff and management

Listening to the people who actually do the work on a daily basis

Hiring a respectful and positive store manager.

Prioritizing goals with long term strategy in mind

doing something other than micromanaging the people that are actually working.

They need to get a grip on the department they are leading most of the time they seem clueless

Picking experienced or willing to learn team members to keep productivity flowing and the sales and stock floors safe for all staff. Also not penalizing staff for managerial mistakes
