What do you like best about the leadership team?
Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable having worked their way up from my position.
They are understanding and are upbeat. Executives visit our HOKA store in London and work alongside us and have genuine conversations with us. This creates a bond between shopfloor staff and management
They try to respect everyone.
They have progressive ideas for the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to the people who actually do the work on a daily basis
Hiring a respectful and positive store manager.
Prioritizing goals with long term strategy in mind
Picking experienced or willing to learn team members to keep productivity flowing and the sales and stock floors safe for all staff. Also not penalizing staff for managerial mistakes
doing something other than micromanaging the people that are actually working.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is fair to the market rate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because peoples success and our HR department doesn’t take their job seriously and won’t help make work be
Ideas and initiatives are not taken seriously
Im undervalued at my location because my manager over works me doesn't hire additional competent staff to help in the stock room and implements write ups for conditions he has created that affects the moral of the staff
I think it's just one personal conflict. I can deal with her
What are some of the best things about your team?
the people are amazing below the elt level
Great people, fully committed to the cause.
Supportive and friendly in every interaction. It's refreshing to work with people who enjoy what they do.
We have a diverse team who all work hard to reach our common goal of inspiring our customers and best equipping them to enter the world of exercise. Everyone is comfortable with everyone.
All good workers and a good team except for the store manager who is rude, critical, violates labor policies and laws and falsely accuses workers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Work ethic is a huge needed improvement
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the management team started out entry level. They truly enjoy their job and promoting a customer friendly workforce that gets the job done the 1st time

The customers and the team. The manager is extremely rude and toxic to employees.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the whole company mindset has to change
More opportunities for project management
The manager needs tonbe a better manager. He staffs inexperienced people and doesn't make sure his leads and supervisors train the new incomers making for a ton of confusion mismanaged money and an unsafe and overcrowded stock area. Our staff is unsafe at our location

She was very friendly and excited to offer the opportunity.
I had a tour of Deckers HQ in London and this made me feel comfortable and trusted from the beginning. It was more of a conversation which is more realistic and measurable than fixed questions that can create unnecessary stress and panic.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be more truthful about exatly what you are doing and what the job entails
What makes you most happy at work?
coworkers and shoes are great
Being able to boost morale
Working with my colleagues and serving customers who want to learn about our shoes and their technology. It is rewarding to find a shoe for someone and see it change their life.
Engaging with fun happy and positive people.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The managers that we have have created unsafe work conditions they hired inexperienced new staff and left new associates untrained and left to figure things out themselves. Over crowdedness in the stock rooms and new stock associates they hired had no previous training.
Worry more about the customers satisfaction not micromanaging your employees .
