Depends on the team. Mostly casual and off site always include food. Some include team building or training.

Discover is a great place to work. The people are generally very invested in the work they do. People actually like each other. There are many social groups and interactions at the office and outside the office.

Typically an interview includes your potential boss, at least one of their peers, if you have clients to support you might meet them, you might meet team mates, you might meet your boss's boss. You will probably meet with someone from HR. Your post interview reply can take anywhere from days to weeks
