My overall experience at ELS has been great. I took over a role where I was given the opportunity and autonomy to make it mine. My manager provides guidance when asked, but for the most part allows me to operate my team and division the best way I see fit.

In Chicago there's a real sense of community. Our office is consistently scheduling snack breaks and afternoon happy hours in order to meet new coworkers and chat with executives.

I like that ELS's executive team is a mix of home grown talent (CEO & COO) and outside talent. The executive team is very accessible and easy to approach for discussion or questions.

I've been given a great amount of autonomy to establish my team and set my own path to reach my team's goals. This autonomy allows me to set the vision for my team and think strategically about future opportunities.
