I love working here! I feel seen and supported as a person, colleague and employee. We are currently struggling at my site (Tippe) with people resources in almost every department, so this can be incredibly hard. But I am overall very happy to work here. :)

My team - RD&I at Tippe - is the best team I've ever worked on. We are so respectful of each other and are good at having fun while working very hard. All of my interactions at Tippe have been positive actually. We have a great common goal and work through hard problems cooperatively!
