There is potential for a positive culture, but right now there is none. The culture and work environment has been overlooked and neglected by leadership for too long. When asked about steps we can take it has been pushed aside and not seen as a priority, and now the workplace is disengaged.

Being leaders - plain and simple. The Culture at Evonik Vancouver has been neglected and pushed aside without any true investment. Evonik Vancouver needs to be put as a critical priority with the goal of developing a positive environment with growth and a voice driven by a VAN team for the VAN team.
