Peers at the same level at other companies have higher salaries. Non-consistent bonuses. Lack of holiday and celebration events that other companies have.
Decision making process takes too long. Exciting tasks come and go. Busywork is not ideal to work on all day. Need clearer structure on who does each task, and need additional resourcing to improve work quality.
Employees tend to be paid a salary for their job. However, more often than not, additional work must be done outside the scope of their duties or normal work day with no additional compensation. Either increase salary or lower job duty expectations.
