Give better raises, promotions and bonuses. When you promote someone, they should be paid for their hard work. When you work solid through COVID, you should be compensated. Instead, we get a worthless, tiny raise.

Better at keeping current employees, better pay and benefits. Giving little raises as a result of COVID when people were working extremely hard to keep the company going is unacceptable. If you want to retain, you have to pay for them.

Better recognition of the hard work people are doing. It's not all about the money. It's about making sure we, as a company, are keeping talented people. The company takes the phrase "we are all replaceable" too far. We are loosing good people for the wrong reasons.
