Though there are faults here like at any company, I think Fivetran has handled them the best I have seen and am proud to work here. I enjoy the people that sit beside me and the direction our product is headed. I am excited to see what the 2023 chapter brings.

Though many of us may have been below or at the avg when joining, it has been reassuring to be able to voice concerns about bands going up and meeting us at the new ones if performance is there

We have amazing people, an amazing product fit and the right people to get us to where we need to do. In a year of tough economic times, we may have separated even more from the competition in a positive way.

As we grow, there are many extremely intelligent individuals with all sorts of differing backgrounds. This makes our company stronger and stronger as we can all take the best part of our former roles and companies and blend them into what Fivetran is and will be.
