Managers need to show up to work to support staff and not just the day hours. Also make ALL people follow company rules as well as have ALL people be respectful to one another. Following seniority rules in scheduling as well. My store picks on people they don't like,and doesn't follow g.e.policies.

I'm full time grocery clerk. I only get medical- not dental and eye care like other full timers do. I also only get part time contributions to my pension.
