Have more staff in stores and less suits handing us conflicting tasks.
When you clock in you don't go sit in the grocery office with your grocery manager for a half hour after your start to have coffee breakfast and discuss what's going on for lunch

They all need to be trained better and be able to do everything everyone else can do It's not fair thsts some can do it all but some just get trained to do one thing
Short staffed in the field. Hostile customers and burn out because of field staffing shortages. Too many work at home executives.
Stop stabbing everyone in the back and stop gossiping behind co-workers backs.
